Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

In case of prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Ajooni Toys reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
